This luxurious 1-Bedroom Villa has a perfect location, only a few minutes to Disney and it is situated in a very nice resort property with more amenities and activities than you can ask for. The villa is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very clean and well maintained.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and amenities like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and an en-suite bathroom (connected to the master bedroom) with a large hot tub. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. From the living room, there is a outdoor patio with a table a chairs. This unit can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a $15.00 daily resort fee (plus tax) which will be collected at check-in, along with a refundable security deposit of $200.00.

Additional Deposit Policy - the property requires a $200 credit card authorization upon check in per unit. Cash-free property - will no longer accept cash. Guests may charge purchases to their credit card or charge to their room with an authorized credit card on file. (Excludes Gift Shop, and Concierge)

No-Show Policy- No Show reservation will forfeit payment. Resort reserves the right to cancel the remaining days of a no-show reservation and rent out the unit. Please call the property if your travel is delayed.

Not ideal for honeymooners or partner getaways

This resort is great for a family wanting a kids friendly resort vibe , but not ideal for couples only. My floor was too loud . Kids running all around the place . We came to get some R&R , but the room smelled moldy . Our sheets were stained . Kitchen cabinets were broke . The master toilet half worked . The furniture was very dated . It took forever for the hot water to heat up , and I saw a roach in our bedroom. 😩

There was a miscommunication at check-in but that was not the fault of the of the property manager or owner. The issue was managed immediately and handled well.

Golf for 2

Well managed, easy access, lots if things to do, centrally located, clean, but needs updating badly. Lack of many essentials in kitchen. All furniture very dated and sparse Difficult to stay more than a few nights due to a lack of essentials. Repairs done quickly as needed but very sloppy. Workmen did not clean up when they were done. Plaster on bathroom counter, floor and mirror rehung crooked

Perfect

The room was great and just what my family needed for a restful mini vacation to Disney for Christmas. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi tub! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great outdoor patio space for enjoying morning coffee. Excellent communication with property managers as well. We will definitely be booking again in the near future for our next staycation!!

The amenities at the resort were all kept very clean & were up to par with the provided photos. The room was nice at first glance, but the sheets didn’t look fresh & we had a bad ant problem in our room.

Will not stay here again

The room we were in (#3934) needs some maintenance. One of the bathroom sink faucets was really hard to pull and turn on. The shower water pressure was very low, and when you pulled on the knob to turn the shower on the knob moved as if it wasn't anchored to anything. And the TV in the bedroom didn't have any working channels. Also, there was some dried blood on the sheets and there was a dead bug in a baking sheet in the kitchen. I took pictures of the last 2 things. We also were disappointed in the overall stay as we could hear everything going on around us such as the guests in the adjoining room are 1am.

I will need to speak to someone via phone about this issue.

I want a refund from the misery I had staying at this property. It was my birthday on Sunday and everything that had to do with the property infuriated me. I found mold in the bathtub, cockroaches multiple times were found in the room (even a guest that was not from my party went to the front desk while I was there telling staff there were roaches in her room as well), and management and front desk staff were horrible to deal with. I was miserable. Didn't get to relax which is all I wanted for the weekend. I wanted to bathe, but instead had to shower where I saw roaches.. I wanted to enjoy my stay but everything about my stay was absolutely the worst experience. I was frustrated with the employees and they didn't let me change rooms even when I called them the first night there, the morning of they called me and woke me up at 8 am and then by 10:30 they stated they would "allow me to go to the parks." Im furious and would like a call. 9044766533.

Everything was awesome but it was loud at night first night and second it was loud cause the bar it closed at 11 but people were up there drunk and very loud till 2 am and then the balcony next to us for the last two days were up screaming on their balcony till 4 am it was annoying. Came to relax and got no sleep but the room was great but for the money I paid to deal with that drunk mess wasn’t worth it. Dunno if I would come back just for that. But the resort itself was amazing.

Property appeared very dirty cloudy pool dirty tables in common area poorly lit particularly on mini golf course had to play with light from cell phone constant smell of people smoking pot walkways very dirty same litter sat in common area our entire stay could be a nice property but sad how poorly it’s maintained

Visit to Mecum

We used Discover to put our deposit on this unit, but when I went to pay the rest Discover was not accepted. Once there I sat in the car and my partner went in. He couldn’t check in because he isn’t me. Then when I went in, I had to use a different card than normal due to his name being on the card. The rest was great.
