Want to cook at home, walk to Big Daddy's Seafood Market for the finest fresh seafood.

This home may be available to rent weekly or annually. Annual rental would be $7,000/month. This three story, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is a new construction and offers modern luxe appliances that will make your stay a dream come true.  

From the entrance you will have easy access to the garage and pool, and just up the stairs is the main level!

The main level features a spacious Great room that connects the kitchen and living room to a balcony lanai with a large dining table and coffee table that overlook the water. The kitchen has gorgeous tile as well as a long island/bar combo, as well as stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed. The living area has plenty of seating for family gathering with a large TV that will keep the whole party entertained! One of the guest bedrooms features a king bed while the other two guest bedrooms have queen beds.

The top level hosts the main suite, which features a king bed, large walk-in shower with angled jets, rain style showerhead, and bench that further helps you relax. All your worries will melt away!

The home is ready for your pool days! Spend time in the pool and then spend time lounging or use the grill and dine at the outdoor table. Or, soak up the sun and head to the beach. The popular Fort Myers Beach Times Square area is just under a mile away and has many options for food, beverages and things to do or see. To get there you can walk, bike, drive your car or even a golf cart over the north end bridge above the beautiful Estero Bay and get some amazing views of this beloved island! Sunrise and sunset are especially nice to see from the bridge, unlike any other!
 
Washer and Dryer as well as all linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. This home is not pet-friendly.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During the high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This unit has a physical key that will have to be picked up at time of check-in from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd.
