The driveway is very steep, we do not recommend bringing cars that sit very low to the ground. 4WD vehicles are required during winter months and always carry snow chains.

🚫 House Rules:
- Max Occupancy: 12 guests only. Violating the max limit may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Parking: 4 vehicles max, only in designated areas. No street parking. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the owner's expense.
- Minimum Age: Guests must be 25+ to rent.
- Pets: Pets allowed with a $25/night fee per pet. Clean up after your pets inside and outdoors. .

- Early/late check-in requires prior approval & may have additional fees.
- Smoking/Drugs: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal drugs are prohibited. This includes - - - outdoor areas. Additional charges apply for violations.

- No Parties: No parties, events, or filming.
- Fireworks/Fire: No fireworks or open fires allowed.
- Grill Use: Use the propane grill only. No charcoal or personal grills allowed.Refills can be done at the local DIY store.
- Damages: You will be charged for any damage to the property, cabin, or contents.
- Liability: Guests assume all risks & liability while on the property. Hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness.
- No Refunds for Mechanical Failures: No refunds for equipment failures, sightings of pests, or any issues beyond the host’s control (e.g., weather, road closures).
- Acts of Nature: Weather, power outages, road conditions & other natural events may affect your stay. No refunds for these issues. We recommend travel insurance.
- Snow Removal: Snow removal starts when levels reach 4 inches. Guests may need to shovel if the service is delayed.
- Trash Disposal: Trash must be taken to local Clean Bear Sites:

- Eviction: Guests who engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior may be evicted without a refund and may also be subject to city-issued citations

✍️ Other things to note:

As per Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you’ll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’re also required to verify your identification. This process is done electronically, but you also have the option to visit our check-in office if preferred.
