Let me start by saying I have never left a bad review yet and we are not picky, I will try to state facts only. False advertisement. The address is different than posted and you don’t receive it until 5:00pm even if you ask for it earlier. Listing doesn’t mention that this is a shared area with random people (not a host) where you have to share a very filthy bathroom (don’t forget to bring a toilet paper roll from the room because there is non in the bathroom and God forbid you leave your tp in the shared bathroom). Bring your own towel because one of the 2 that were provided for us smelled absolutely terrible. In the room there is a sign that there is a possibility of city officials attempting to enter and it says to deny their entry (it seems as though the owner is being chased which explains the inaccurate address, but that’s just my assumption). Check in is pretty late (5pm) and check out is at 11am, the manager is very inflexible with those hours. There were people arguing in the hallway around 3:30AM. The room itself wasn’t very clean, the baseboards have a very healthy layer of dirt with dust stuck to it and the floor was sticky in one spot but to be fair the dark blue bedsheets seemed clean and the AC was working. Would not recommend to a friend. Ps there were few more things I could add but you get the gist.

Stay away - poor management, no communication, SCAMMERS

This place feels like a scam - read on to save yourself from our nightmare: I can’t actually review the property itself because we didn’t stay here, as the fault of the poor management company. After booking this property, we received an influx of phone calls from a 1-800 number, with no voicemails. Finally, after a voicemail was left, we learned that there was an urgent issue with the property and we needed to return the phone call, which we did immediately. We were told the plumbing in this property was not acceptable (their words) and it was likely we would not be able to stay. This happened on a Tuesday, we booked the room for Thursday. We asked when there would be a final decision made, and we were told we would hear back Wednesday morning, by 11:00 am at the latest. That, of course, never happened. We made the decision to book a more expensive, less convenient room through another app instead. On Thursday afternoon, the time of check-in, we got a phone call from this property’s management telling us the property would in fact be available. When we expressed our frustration with them and explained we had already booked a non-refundable alternative room, the man on the phone assured us they would contact VRBO and issue a refund. That (can you believe) did not happen. We are now dealing with a VRBO representative who also cannot get in touch with this company. All messages on the app have gone unanswered. Save yourself the headache and stay literally anywhere but here.
