Ocean Beachfront Casa del Ray Condo

As one of the newest and most luxurious buildings in Daytona Beach Shores, you will love watching the sunrise from the patio. Walk right out onto the pool and take a swim. Elegant furnishings, fully-stocked kitchen and premier linens make even the most discerning guest cozy. Near dining, shopping, fishing, pickleball, surfing and Florida fun. Our beaches are great for bike riding (tide permitting), playing in the sand and enjoying the surf.

Exquisite luxury in this no-expense-spared unit. Premium furniture and decor, fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Walk right onto your balcony and right out to the brand new pool overlooking the ocean.

Guest will be emailed access instructions by 8pm the night of check-in. Instructions will include Lobby and Unit Code instructions. Please note, this building has limited parking that is first come, first served. During busy weeks, holidays and event weeks parking may be difficult but there are overflow lots in the area that may be accessed (also first come first served).

Amazing beach town with surfing, fishing, tennis, sunbathing, shopping, dining, sunrise, sunsets, fun and interesting people and tons to do while still feeling like an old Florida beach town.

You will definitely want a car, Jeep, motorcycle, electric bike or some other way to explore our fun town! Did you know that tide permitting you can drive cars or bikes on our beach-it's a neat experience!

Please note-we really love our tourists and we want you here! Our area was hit by two hurricanes and is still rebuilding. Our beaches are beautiful and OPEN, however, many of our pools (including at this building) are damaged as are our seawalls and beach steps. Please bear with us as we work hard with the county and federal government to get this fixed. Rates reflect that these options are not currently available (pool and sea steps behind building). There is nearby beach access and tide permitting you can drive on our beaches!

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT
On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS
This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of God
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
IV. DEFINITIONS
We don't charge a security deposit but instead a small damage waiver which will cover up to $2500 in damage no questions asked. Please note, damage waiver does not cover smoke in house...so please make certain you smoke whatever you smoke outside not near doors/windows. Smoke or smoke smell in unit will result in eviction and a $500 charge to card on file. Please smoke outside with all doors closed so this is not an issue as we take this very seriously. We work hard to keep the unit beautiful and it's next to impossible to get smoke smell out of things so please respect this rule.
