Resort Accessibility

• There are four handicap parking spaces located near the main building-approximately 50 feet away. Adjacent to parking spaces, there are ramps which access the main walkway which lead to the front entrance.
• There are a total of six handicap parking spaces throughout the property. Parking lots are well paved.
• The entrances to the main building are double doors that easily open.
• The Front Desk is accessible for Wheelchair Guests and features a lowered shelf convenient for guests with disabilities.
• An elevator can take guests to the upper level of the main building, which has the business center.
• The business center has one computer which can accommodate wheelchairs.
• Portable TDD devices for hearing impaired are available upon request.
• Guest rooms signs are braille.
• The spa, pool, and fitness center are located on the basement level of the Lodge which is accessible through the first floor elevator.
• The indoor swimming pool features a pool lift for guests with disabilities.
• The Waterleaf Fitness Center is accessible to wheelchair guests and has free weight dumbells available.
• Staff will translate menus to guests who are blind or have low vision.
• Assistive listening devices for meetings available upon request.
• Guide dogs and certified service animals are welcome. There are no additional service animal charges. Dogs must be under control or on leash at all times.​
