The house boasts a thoughtful design and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or friends looking to unwind. With 2 king beds in spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms and a large couch, you'll have all the space you need to relax and enjoy your stay. A comfortable rollaway bed can also be provided for an additional sleeping area.

Maximum of 3 cars: Guests can park on the pavement outside the garage or to the left of the house near the EV charger. The garage is available for laundry use but not for parking due to security reasons. EV Charger is Level 2 220 Volts, 12-35 miles per hour

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

Free weights, yoga mats and Bluetooth speaker available.

✦ The Drive:
Super simple, flat, and safe road to get to the house. The driveway has a bit of a ditch due to water erosion, ensure to pull into the driveway slowly!

✦ Internet:
The house has reliable high-speed internet, making for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu, Youtube, Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

✦ Bedrooms:

✦ Kitchen:
Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

✦Hot Tub Rules:
To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using our facilities. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

✦ Security:
Two Nest security cameras are located at the front and side of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

✦ Commercial Photography/Video:
We allow commercial photography and video for an extra cost. Please let us know if you're planning on using the space for that.

✦ NO Party
Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

✦ Late Check Out
Any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

✦ Unauthorized Guests and Pets:
Any unauthorized guests or pets will incur a $100 fee per guest or pet. Please note that we do NOT allow cats in the property.

✦ Any missing or damaged property will result in a fine. Please take care of our home as if it were your own.
