Secluded 4 bedroom House in Grand Prairie
Summary:
The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The 4BR 2.5Bath in the upscale area Fantastic Grassland, TX. This house is a splendid retreat near AT&T Arena, Six flags, cafés, shops, and the Dallas-Forward Worth metroplex attractions. With the entire family at this quiet spot to remain.
The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King-size bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen-size bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 Twin-size bed
NOTE: We take $250 damage deposit separately from the reservation and it should be refunded within 72 hours after the checkout.
REASON - The reason we take refundable damage deposit as past few guests booked the house and did party which caused damages so we decided to take damage deposit separately.
Send us a request through Airbnb for deposit after the checkout within 72 hrs.

- No parties/get together or over occupancy in the house.
- There is $100 fee per pet.
