Solitude and Peace
Fantastic hosts and a wonderful cottage. The location up in the hills but still within a 15 minute drive (5 minutes from Loule) of the coastal resorts gives the best of both worlds. The cottage has no near neighbours so if you are wanting a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of resorts, as we were, this is perfect. There is a plethora of good restaurants within Loule and Almancil within a 10 minute drive and the shopping centre of Mar Algarve gave our fashion conscious daughter a good choice of clothes shops to keep her busy for a couple of hours. I took the opportunity to hire a road bike and the cycling routes up and down the hills right from the door step was better than being in Yorkshire. For what we needed for a holiday this was nothing but perfect and we will be returning in the future.

Countryside Paradise
This home is the perfect example of the "guest house". I could live here full time! It is adjacent to the main house, but the property owner was never seen nor detected. Very private and well appointed, comfortable furniture. The groundskeeper greeted us and gave us a quick walk through upon arrival and then disappeared, not to be seen again. She was nice enough but nothing worse than feeling like you are at someone elses house with them poking up here and there around the grounds - didn't happen here. It is a gated, secure property in the countryside north of Loule'. Easy access to grocery stores, Loule' and the beaches. The dogs that roamed the grounds were a welcome treat, stopping in peiodically to make sure we were ok. For us it was just my wife and myself and while the house can easily accommodate up to four, the kitchen isn't conducive to a large family meal preparation - why would you will all the great restaurants in the area? But it does have a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven instead of a regular oven. We made due just fine and would not recommend letting that stop anyone from this lovely location. We would not only recommend this to anyone exploring this portion of the Algarve, but will likely stay here again during our next visit.

Villa Jasmin
We loved Villa Jasmin. This was our first trip to Portugal and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The villa is charming, with a lovely outdoors area, great ambiance. We spent one day of our 6 day stay just laying by the pool, barbequing the fish we picked up at the Loule market and enjoying Portuguese wine. Every morning, Rex and Ginger (local friendly dogs) came to visit. We frequently saw them around the property. The location of Villa Jasmin was perfect. We made trips to Evora, Tavira, Faro, Albufiera and Lagos only to arrive back at Villa Jasmin in the evening. We ate twice in Loule, once at Barbacoa and once on a food tour. We highly recommend both. The arrival process was easy and we experienced no issues. Nutan provided good instruction regarding the house, the area and places to visit. We hope to come back some day

The bed in the room behind the kitchen is a little on the hard side, so it would be great if this could be replaced. All in all a great stay for us and we would love to come back!

We were a little disappointed
The cottage is well situated in the hills and it is easy to visit different places in Algarve from there. We found it very noisy: dogs barking night and day; cottage is on Faro airport standard departure route, lot of noise due to air traffic. Windows have no shutters and it is too bright in the morning. We found the kitchen not functional enough. A/C is available only in the main living room.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Algarve
Ein wunderschönes Haus, welches abgelegen in Mitten in der Natur liegt. Erholung pur! Mit dem Mietauto ist man schnell an verschiedenen Orten und Stränden. Vielen Dank an Nutan und Irina! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Garten
Wir haben 11 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gepflegter, großer Garten und hübscher Pool. Drinnen ist es abends geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Gingers Besuche haben uns auch sehr gefreut.

Óptimo espaço para relaxar no Algarve
Óptimo espaço, bem equipado e com muito bom gosto na decoração. A Villa corresponde exatamente ao anúncio, localizada numa zona calma e tranquila, porém é necessário carro para aceder às praias mais próximas. Viajámos com um bebé e foram fornecidos todos os equipamentos necessários, berço, cadeira... A zona de refeições e grelhador junto à piscina é óptima para convívio entre amigos e família. Schönes Objekt Abseits des Trubels
Wir haben 5 Tage in dem Objekt verbracht und haben jede Minute genossen. Es liegt sehr schön abgeschieden, abseits der Touristenströme. Hier findet man seine Ruhe und kann ungestört alles geniesen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Einen Geschirrspüler haben wir nicht wirklich vermisst, dafür wäre ein Ständer für einen Sonnenschirm sehr wünnschenswert gewesen. Aber der sehr schöne Pool hat immer für ausreichend Abkühlung gesorgt. Auf jeden Fall ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, da wirklich gar nichts Fußläufig ereichbar ist. Dafür sind mit einem Fahrzeug von hier aus alle Besorgungen und Ausflüge gut durchzuführen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das ganze absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen dank auch an Iryna (Hausmeisterin/Verwalterin) und Ihre Familie, welche uns immer sehr gut weitergeholfen haben.

tolle große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit großem Pool und Außenbereich
Wir hatten ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool sowie das Grundstück sind ein Traum! Auch die täglichen Besuche von Ginger - dem Haushund - haben unseren Kindern und uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Küche ist zwar im Verhältnis zur Villa recht klein (ohne Ofen und Geschirrspüler sowie nur ein Herd mit zwei Kochbereichen) - dafür haben wir aber den tollen, neuen, großen Gasgrill umso mehr genutzt (auch zum Pizzabacken :-)). Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden hoffentlich bald nochmal wiederkommen.

Excellent location, pretty garden, very private, helpful caretaker
We really liked this house particularly because it was so quiet and private. It is located on a substantial estate, accessed by locked gates but tucked away from the main house with its own garden and pool. The décor is Moorish in style, very smart and well furnished. The main reception room has a fireplace and high ceiling and lots of space to sit and read or watch TV. The kitchen was a little on the small side but had a separate oven and there was a BBQ on the patio so we had enough facilities to cook. The bedrooms were charming and each had a generous smart bathroom. The main advantage is the outside, a very pretty landscaped garden and stunning pool. We enjoyed spending time sitting by the pool, eating on the patio, watching the wide variety of birds who visited the water feature on a regular basis. The location was excellent, quiet and peaceful but near to Loule which is a lovely town, good shopping and restaurants. Faro airport is convenient( a car is essential) and it is well positioned for exploring both the Eastern Algarve(Ria Formosa, great for quieter beaches, wildlife) and the West(rugged, dramatic cliffs, less developed). Despite it being peak holiday season, there were plenty of quieter places to visit, mainly used by Portugese holidaymakers. We also liked the feeling of security provided by the locked gates and the presence of the friendly caretaker(Irina) on the estate who was always available to help with any queries or problems. The owner Nutan Khanna was easy to communicate with and very helpful with information on directions and shopping. We would highly recommend this villa for peacefulness, the pretty, private garden and pool, smart interior, security, together with easy access to good locations for shopping, entertainment and lovely beaches.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie an der Algarve
Das Objekt entspricht vollumfänglich der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Algarve um Land und Leute kennenzulernen. Das Haus ist groß, insgesamt gepflegt und bietet einen tollen Pool. Die Entfernungen nach Faro (Flughafen), Albufeira und Vilamoura betragen rd. 20 min mit dem Auto (Pkw ist aber auch erforderlich!) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Loulé: ca. 10 min. Der Pool ist wunderbar, der Garten groß und sehr gepflegt. Man hat hier wirklich siene Ruhe. Wir fühlten uns durch die Verwalterin sehr gut betreut. Für unsere Kinder waren die täglichen Besuche der Haushündin "Ginger" das tägliche Highlight! Selten habe wir ein liebenswerteres Haustier kennengelernt. Wenn man hier überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren hat, dann sind das Kleinigkeiten - so wäre natürlich ein Geschirrspüler toll, oder die Pflege der Schiebefenster, damit sich diese leichter öffnen lassen. Auch könnten die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen mal wieder erneuert werden und das WiFi eine höhere Reichweite haben. Alles in allem haben wir aber einen super Urlaub verbracht und würden wiederkommen!

Beautiful secluded location with lovely pool and gardens. Accommodation needs updated in areas.
Not 0.1K from Loule! Just under 5K so you definitely need a car. Beautiful location. Irini (housekeeper) helpful and lovely! Drove us to supermarket or we would have been stuck. Kitchen needs urgent attention- no oven! Only 2 gas hob. Really dated and not terribly clean- likewise the bathrooms and bbq. Mattress in 4 poster very comfy, bed at back of house like sleeping on rock! All said would definitely go back as ticks so many boxes. Totally secluded and quiet, pool gorgeous and beautiful gardens and fish pond. Stunning. A very relaxing 4 day break and wish we could have stayed on longer. Loule a great town with authentic cuisine in many restaurants. Cobble stones and quaint shops- amazing market on a Saturday too- lots of handbags etc! If the owner got the kitchen updated, mattress changed and was a little more vigilant about the cleanliness this property would be perfect in every way in my opinion. We will be back!

Fantastic hide away with private pool
Great stay, on of the best on our tour throughout Portugal. Clean, safe and very friendly. Great value. The property and the pool was well maintained and lovely, the house very spacious. Our daughter fell in love with Ginger (the dog :-) the moment we arrived. It was sweet how it came to visit us every now and then and made us feel part of the family. The owners live next door, meeting them was delightful. Very friendly people. Yet the property offers perfect privacy, as if we very alone in the magnificent garden. We very much enjoyed or stay, for us it was a home away from home. Very recommendable. Thank you for your hospitality. We surely will be back. Katja, Steve and Lili.

Architecturally beautiful property in lush and verdant surroundings
Attractively staged property, secluded and quiet. However, not so keen on the wildlife both outside and inside the property. Mosquitoes, ants and geckos had made their way inside the property. As a single lady, sharing my bedroom with a largish green gecko made me slightly uneasy even though i'm sure it was more scared of me than i was of it! There were also a few maintenance issues, including a wardrobe door hanging off, a broken sunbed and a loose handle on the bbq. Also, the shower cubicle and kitchen sink could do with a really good scrub and descale. But we enjoyed our week exploring the pleasant town of Loule and the property itself was visually stunning. A car is definitely needed as there is nowhere to visit within walking distance.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit großartigem Pool.
Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist von einer blühenden Gartenanlage umgeben u der Pool eignet sich super zum Relaxen. Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen Geräten ausgestattet.

Very relaxing
We really enjoyed our holidays there. It's a really beautiful house with a beautiful garden, it was really relaxing. You got all you need to cooks there. We enjoyed our BBQ near the pool :) The only problems were the wifi connection and the fact that there is too much light in the rooms on the morning. Thank you very much.

Location sehr gut. Idyllisch, ruhig, man ist für sich alleine. Sehr abgeschieden..
Die Location ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich mit Pool sind sehr schön und sauber. Gewisses Inventar sollte besser gepflegt werden... Sonnenliegen, Grill für Barbecue, Sanitäre Einrichtungen. Wer es gerne ruhig, idyllisch und sich Zeit zum relaxen sowie Tagesausflüge unternehmen möchte... ist es die perfekte Location. Wir haben es genossen und waren sehr zufrieden.
