This spacious and bright townhome offers a serene escape with modern comforts and easy access to all Vail offers. Located just five miles from Vail Village, Timber Falls is a perfect blend of convenience and adventure. Situated on the free shuttle route, this location provides easy access to skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking. Our East Vail retreat does not offer air conditioning but just open windows and sliding-doors to cool down as needed.

Excellent Vail ski vacation condo

Lovely condo. Clean, comfortable for family, well stocked kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer. Convenient bus to village and ski slopes. Excellent communication and property manager was immediately available when we needed late night arrival assistance. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect Vail retreat

Overall, this condo provided the perfect mountain getaway for our family. It was the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Waking up to the soothing sounds of the water from the flowing creek each morning was an absolute favorite, and my fly fishing husband was able to catch a few right from the property. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Getaway

The unit was very roomy, clean, and decorated nicely. The view from the balconies was gorgeous!!!! The hostess was very responsive to all messages. The posting doesn’t make it clear that there is limited tight parking. It was not an issue for us since we visited in a slower part of the season but if you visit during the busy season it could be an issue. Would have given 5 stars but the shower water would not stay at a steady temperature. Even for the first person taking a shower, it would only stay hot for a couple of minutes and then it was ice cold and then back hot a couple of minutes later. Also, the owner left too much of their food in the freezer so there wasn’t much room for us to store what we purchased at the grocery store.
