Expansive deck with all new Arhaus outdoor lounge furniture and heat lamps. Note that this property is only suitable for mature guests wanting to take in what wine country has to offer, spending time with family and friends and/or work offsites. There are absolutely no events allowed, and noise restrictions are strictly enforced as this home is in a quiet residential and tight-knit neighborhood. External security cameras are in place. This is a legally permitted Sonoma county vacation rental and all rules are complied with.
