About the host
Hosted by Joan Walker
I grew up in Cullman County and graduated from CHS. The people here are hard working people with many interests. I love introducing guests to our growing town and its attractions. We enjoy meeting many fine people while hosting.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood was one of the first to be developed by older residents who enjoyed living close to schools, churches and businesses. I’ve always admired the flowers and well kept lawns and Southern style homes. The Duplex was built by a well known realtor of that time, Boots Hill, noted for his quality buildings. Love the location.
What makes this property unique
This property is centrally located to easily access any place of interest in the optimal time in and around Cullman. The neighbors are long time residents and fine people.
