This Villa is on a premium lot with private pool and spa overlooking a magnificent pond and conservation reserve. Watch all the Florida wildlife while relaxing. Newly redecorated home with 2 Master bedrooms each with ensuite and private access to the Lanai. 2 more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and share a Jack'n Jill bathroom. TV's in all bedrooms. The Living room has a 55" Smart-HD-TV with PVR for recording and streaming your favorite shows. The "Games Room" has a pool table, air hockey, foosball and a dedicated 50" HD-TV with gaming system and movies. We are located in the pristine "gated" community of "" complete with clubhouse and many other amenities. You won't be disappointed with choosing our home for your Florida vacation!

Gorgeous house and is exactly as pictured. The property owners were fabulous and constantly kept checking in on us to make sure that we were good and also with great suggestions for the local area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Barb & Randy!!!

My wife and 2 children enjoyed our stay. The house was very well maintained. Great pool and hot tub w/ security feature to alert you if your children try to access the pool area.Very quiet and relaxing, we would definitely stay again the next trip we take to Orlando. Have complete confidence booking w/ Barb and Randy. You will not be disappointed!!

Everything you need and MORE!

If you are searching for a home to rent for you Disney vacation you can stop now you have found it!! Caribe Villa Brisa is the place! It has everything you need and the owners Barb and Randy are the BEST! The home is decorated so nice and it has everything you need from lots of beach towels to the Crock Pot that they order for the home so that it would be there when we arrived. This came in handy from having breakfast ready so we could get out the door to having dinner ready for when we came home. The home sets in the back of the gated community and the pool and spa look out over a Florida everglade setting. Beautiful sunsets and just peaceful to relax in the spa after or before a long day at the parks. Very clean and comfy bed! Some tips for the parks use the directions that the office gives you there is less traffic and you can get to Disney in about 20 minutes. Download Charades on your smart phone to play while waiting in the lines it makes the time go faster. We spent a day at Clearwater beach which was nice but if you want to go there you must leave early around 8:30 to get public parking and leave before 3:00 to miss the traffic coming home or plan to stay late. Getting to and from the airport use turnpike!!! Very easy! We all hated to leave we spent our last day just relaxing around the pool. Thanks again Barb and Randy for letting us enjoy your HOME! It was truly was Home away from home!
