Nauset Heights is more than an East Orleans neighborhood on the Atlantic. Things are different out here. There's a slower pace, a more laid-back vibe. Just the way it's been for more than 100 years. Just the way owners and summer visitors like it.
Now you have the best of both worlds, a brand-new contemporary home set in one of the Cape's most idyllic neighborhoods. Your backdrop is the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Watch the waves roll in and see the occasional whale spout from the deck! You can also walk down to the beach via a private association stairway. The stairway is about a 5-minute walk from the house.
The stunning new home masterfully blends modern tastes with a classic seaside flavor. The main living area features high ceilings and a wall of windows facing the Atlantic. The dining, living and kitchen all flow together seamlessly for easy lounging, dining and food prep. There's a spacious patio on the water side as well for additional living space.
There are three sleeping areas on the main level: one has a King bed and another with a Queen. These two bedrooms share a full bath. There is also an area with bunk beds for additional sleeping on the main level.
Head upstairs for an even better view! There is a second level deck from which the best views of the water are had. There's a spacious den area up here as well. You'll also find the stunning primary bedroom upstairs with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The King bed and elegant private bath provide luxurious accommodations.
Enjoy the lap of luxury by the ocean's edge. This home is truly incomparable on Cape Cod.
