Location is great. Stay was ok!
This place has a really great location. Lake is beautiful. View is so so good.
House was super clean.
Check in message wasn’t sent until I asked for it after check in time.
Dishwasher wasn’t working so she suggested we bring paper plates. They might be too cheap to fix it or replace it.
I was probably most disappointed in how much better this place could be with a few tweaks. No blinds or room darkening curtains in upstairs bedrooms at all. No room darkening curtains on main floor bedrooms. No side tables or lamps anywhere. Kitchen is stocked ok. No can opener was a weird one. Seems basic.
It definitely looks like they chose to use garage sales to stock some areas of the house. They could use a bigger table to accommodate the amount the house can have in the dining room. No floor towels or rugs provided but bathrooms have slick tiles. They kind of provide shower soap but only one bathroom and only one dispenser actually had anything in it.
I think this place is a great one to stay in. I hope they up their hosting abilities because this place could slaaaaay. It’s a gorgeous property!
