Important Notes about seasonality:
Swimming: exclusively open Memorial Day - Labor Day, summer months only.
Boating: closes late fall (weather dependant)

Indoor Pool Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Sunday: 11am - 7pm
Thursday: 5pm-9pm
Friday and Saturday: 5pm-9pm

Fishing:
Emerald Lakes is Catch-and-Release Only for all fish and only artificial bait can be used. Everyone over the age of 16 needs to register with the Community Office and obtain a community fishing tag when fishing on our lakes. Cost is $5.00. You must bring with you your PA Fishing License to register.

For Boating:
Guests are not allowed to bring their own gas or engine powered boats. Boats may be powered by electric trolling motors only. All other boats must be registered at the Association Office and require a $10 fee/boat. A life vest is required for each boater. Diving off boats and bridges is not allowed. Boating on the lake closes on October 31st.

Safety is paramount, so we provide 8 life jackets in different sizes for your peace of mind during water activities. Life jackets are required at all times while on the lake.

Amenity passes are priced as follows for ages seven (3) and above:
1-day pass: $20.00 per person
3-day pass: $30.00 per person
7-day pass: $50.00 per person

All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 days before check-in.

Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. Engaging in boating or swimming activities is done at your own risk, and by booking, you agree to release us from any liability.

Got little ones? Kids under 3 are not counted in the 8-person limit.

Spread out in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs boasts an additional hang out space with 2 murphy beds that are queen sized, an open living, kitchen, and dining space.

Main Floor:
Step inside to discover a welcoming living space, boasting a rustic antique feeling from the home being in the family for generations. As you slide open the doors, the serene beauty of our lakefront backyard beckons, offering a tranquil retreat by the shores of East Emerald Lake.

In the living room, unwind in front of the 60" Smart T and gaze through the windows overseeing forestry and the backyard where there is bocce ball and a firepit. **The fireplaces inside the property are currently not operational.**

Downstairs:

Second Living Room: 2 pull down murphy beds, both are queen-sized.

Embrace the fall season with access to the serene waters of our private community lake, East Emerald Lake, directly from our dock.
-Take advantage of our 2 single-person adult kayaks, a large aluminum canoe, and a 2 person paddle boat for a day of exploration.
-Lounge on the deck or 'dock-deck' and soak up the sun on the outdoor couch and lounge chairs while taking in the beautiful lake views.
-Play some bocce ball with friends and family on our outdoor bocce court.
