The world's best shelling beaches, championship golf courses, great fishing, fine dining, shopping, friendly neighbors, and plenty of sunshine are at your doorstep. At Casa Bella, you can enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball, or bocce; then relax in the heated pool. We live in the Chicago area, but have family in Fort Myers and have been visiting for years! In 2005, we decided to purchase this condo for use during our visits, and to share with others when we can't be there to enjoy it ourselves.
Why they chose this property
Casa Bella is a small, friendly condo community consisting of 70 2br/2ba condos. We loved the quiet location and onsite amenities -- heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis/pickleball/bocce courts. Casa Bella is just a few blocks away from several restaurants and great shopping (including SuperTarget).
What makes this property unique
Jim & Connie's Casa Bella condo is a 2br/2ba second floor end unit. Casa Bella is a very stable, friendly community where the vast majority of owners are seasonal residents. (About 25% of the owners are full-time.) There are only a few condos available as rentals.
