THE AREA
-This is an apartment located on a fairly busy street.
There will be road noise and everyday city noise.
-This is a 2 apartment home and does have a full time renter as well in the front apartment.
-Please keep these in mind when booking

THE SPACE
This apartment is part of a historical home built in 1891. The apartment has one full bathroom suite that also includes a kitchenette. The bedroom features a king size bed, as well as a futon. The bathroom features a tub/shower, sink, water closet, and washer & dryer units.

GUEST ACCESS
There is a small alley/sidewalk that leads from the street to the back of the home where the apartment is located. The door has an electronic lock with a code you will receive upon checking in.

Other things to note:
The Laundry facilities are available to use, however we ask that you do not run any loads (must be finished and not running) after 9pm. The neighbors are currently finishing a construction project, so please excuse the building materials in the backyard.
