About this property
Duc de Choiseul Flat - Magic Apartment at Opéra next to Louvre
The flat "My Family In Paris" is all but unpersonal !
Spend an unforgettable stay with your family close to key touristic areas (Louvre, Opéra, Place Vendôme, Printemps & Galeries Lafayette...), being based in a fancy, dynamic neighborhood full of bars and restaurants (Grands Boulevards) and sleeping in a very quiet property.
Go by foot (or also easily by bus or subway) to many Paris key monuments (Musée Grévin, Opéra Garnier, Opéra Comique, Galerie Vivienne...)
Enjoy the wooden beams and magic lighting of the flat for great family photos and souvenirs, and admire the original 3-meter ceiling and its cornice dated XVIIIth century.
As a Parisian for 12 years, I will be eager to share visit ideas and help you for anything!

About the host

Hi!
I have moved to Paris for my studies at 17 and never moved again since then! I have lived in the 2th, 6th, 8th and 10th arrondissements.
In February 2024, I began to fully renovate the flat that I purchased in the 2th arrondissement. I have changed the kitchen, sanded and repainted every wall, built a mezzanine. And cherry on the cake, I have discovered incredible wood beams during the works!
I can't wait to welcome you there :)
I'm also happy to share my passion for the city, so you can ask me for advice if you hesitate on what to do, there is so many things!

Why they chose this property
The flat "My Family in Paris" is made for families who want to easily move in Paris from one touristic area to the other.
You can of course access Opéra Garnier, Musée Grévin, Galeries Lafayette... by foot but what I enjoy the most is Opéra Comique created by Louis XIV on Place Boieldieu, at a few meters from the flat. Its facade is really impressive and the quietness of this place really contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the Grands Boulevards nearby. Why not eat your lunch on its stairs?

What makes this property unique
The flat "My Family in Paris" was designed for families looking for a cocoon after having visited that big city, where they can share conviviality moments that every member of the family will remember for a long time.
That's why the kitchen is open on the lunch corner and on the main room, and the main room has plenty of seats for everyone to find his place.
On top of that, you live in an Historical Monument for a few days, with heigh ceiling, cornices and wooden beams that truly date from the XVIIIth century.
