Great location
We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale and the condo was good. We enjoyed the fitness room and the heated pool. We found the condo was a bit dated and couches were very hard on our backs. Way too many speed bumps for us. We like that area and would be interested in renting again in the future. Thanks for the opportunity

I wish the condo was as bright as in the picture. A little dark and gloomy inside. Needs a refurbishing. I will say the condo had everything you could want.as far as kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. There must be an ant problem as there were ant traps everywhere. I did not notice until a week before i was to leave and there were hundreds on the kitchen tile in the crevices, so small you could hardly see them. So I thoughly cleaned the floor and did not notice again. Yes I would stay there again....

Great location and property
We needed a place close to the healthcare facilities here as we had a family member getting care. This was perfectly located. We had a few appliance issues initially but the owner responded quickly and had the necessary repairs done with no delay. Would recommend.

Location, location, location
The location was central to just about anything and everything o want to do in the Scottsdale area. Shea Blvd & AZ-101, are so close but not the noise from them. Excellent overall general shopping area within 1/2 mile area. Higher end shopping in many areas within 3-10 miles. Easy run to Sky Harbor airport, golf, sporting events and Old Town. The condo was very clean and was furnished with everything one needs for comfort & cooking. So glad to have a washer & dryer One of the pools is literally a few steps from the patio. Only reason not a 5 stars rating is that the kitchen area could use some updates. We'd love to go back if timing & availability is right. The owner responded to any correspondence within a very short time frame.
