Nestled within a recently established, family-oriented neighborhood, this property boasts a prime location just 14 minutes away from Calgary International Airport with easy access to major highways and downtown. As you step into the house, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom and basement bedroom each have a king-sized bed, and the two other bedrooms upstairs each has a queen-sized bed. Three TVs strategically placed throughout the home in the living room, master bedroom, and basement ensure that you never miss your favorite shows or sports events.
A fully stocked kitchen will cater to all your culinary needs, providing everything required to whip up delicious meals and snacks during your stay. Families will find joy and relaxation in the shaded, fenced patio, offering a safe and private outdoor space for children to play and parents to unwind. The kids' corner in the basement is a haven of fun and imagination, equipped with a delightful selection of toys and books to entertain our youngest guests. There are four fans in the living room and each bedroom on the second floor to ensure your comforts during your stay.

- 15km (15 minutes drive) to Calgary International Airport (YYC)

Guests have access to all parts of the entire home with the exception of one storage closet near the garage. Please make yourself at home.
An attached single garage is available, as well as free street parking.
Uber is available in the city.
Remote door access is granted before check-in as well as remote garage door access upon request. We can assist with any issues or access should you need our help!
Please treat the space with respect and be noise-conscious of the neighbors. Events are not allowed. Smoking and party are strictly prohibited. Be sure that the door is closed and locked when you leave.
At this property for the host and guest security, four cameras are installed at the front door, garage door, side door, and deck door.
1. BOOKING: We DO NOT accept any 3rd party booking.
2. LIABILITIES: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to any person or personal property during your stay.
3. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: All guests staying in the unit must be on the reservation.
4. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours between 10pm - 9am. No parties or events at any time. Please keep the noise down to comply with the local noise bylaws. Guests will be charged for $200 per instance if a noise violation report is received.
5. SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited, including balcony. There will be a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking.
6. LOCAL BYLAW: All guests are required to follow the local/condo Bylaws and community standards.
7. Any violation of rules 3-6 above will result in a minimum penalty of $200 per day per instance. Depending on the severity of the violation, immediate eviction without any refund may apply.
8. CHECKOUT: Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $200 late checkout fee for the first 2 hours. And will increase by $100 every hour after that.
9. DAMAGE: Any damage to the property will be charged at the original purchase price plus a $100 administration fee.
10. If guests are found in violation of house rules, breaking any laws, or receiving repeated complaints from neighbors or building managers, a team will escort the guest out of the unit, resulting in an additional $500 penalty.
