★ Refunds ★
No refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip.

★ Amenities ★
We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods & trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a “starter kit”, we highly recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra cleaning and cooking supplies.

★ Entry ★
There is an electronic keypad located at the front door. You will receive a personalized door code before your check-in time. The code is changed after every guest. Check in anytime after 3pm / Check out is 10am.

★ Parking ★
Parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

★ Community Rules ★
Guests are REQUIRED to register with Blue Mountain Lake at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
REGISTRATION FEE:
● $150 - It will be collected separately through the booking platform after the reservation is confirmed.
● This fee is a requirement in order to access the community and the property

Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Blue Mountain Lake.

The house has reliable high speed internet and mesh wifi throughout the entire cabin fit for streaming your favorite on-demand movie or show. Watch Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. Please bring your own streaming logins.

Security cameras overlooking the driveway & backyard for your security. No cameras inside the property.

No refunds for bugs and insects. This house is on a hilltop and surrounded by trees, so bugs and insects are common :)

★ Fires ★
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $1000 plus damages
