Pros and cons
Pros: spacious condo on the beach with great views. Decorated nice. Location was good and close proximity to lots of restaurants and attractions. Beds were comfortable.Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Unit has a washer and dryer. There is beach gear , such as chairs, pails and umbrella in the unit as well.
Cons: entire unit could use a fresh coat of paint. Both bathrooms aren’t properly ventilated so one has a ceiling with cracked paint and the second had mold in the shower wall paint as well as on the ceiling. Door lock was broken and the main office was closed and we were told no one would come out to fix it for another full day till office opened on Monday. The answering service woman was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced at the request to have it fixed , but they did send someone out within a few hours once we pointed out it would be a safety issue if anyone could just walk into the apartment since it no longer locked. When we arrived they must have just cleaned the couches because the cushions were soaked, and remained that way for almost 3 days. Housekeeping should also pay attention to detail like the dust build up in air registers and other areas of condo.
Overall, this is an ok place to stay but for the money they are asking a little tlc and elbow grease would go a long way to change this to a great place to stay.
