The high ceilings and open floor plan provide a comfortable space for gathering, entertaining and relaxing. The main floor opens up to a massive deck encompassing gorgeous views with a unique built in pool. Prepare meals in this fully equipped kitchen with features including, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, a wine cooler and 2 refrigerators. This beautiful home provides spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, along with excellent views of the ocean from 5 out of 6 bedrooms; with the 6th bedroom having a private balcony for excellent views of the sunset. The house is located in Long Bay Estates, a secluded community next to Myrtle Beach State Park. You won’t have to worry about over crowded beaches or obstructed views while staying here because there isn’t a high rise in sight. A short drive will take you to all the fun and famous attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer and is located just minutes away from The Market Common, a beautifully-designed village setting with exceptional shopping and dining.

Family Beach Trip!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the house was great! The house is very dated from the pictures on the website. The house was very dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies and wipe the walls down. We had to cover the couch with sheets, as it was very dirty as well. We saw a total of 4 cockroaches during our stay. I think this could be a great house if it was taken better care of.

Luxury Beach Rentals service not so much based on the below.1) We called between 12 & 2pm as told, to ask to get in early at 3:00pm. No one got back to us. Called again and this time a person answered. She said the code was sent but not to me. Someone sent CODE to wrong person. Then I called at 4:30 pm and got the code. Lost 1/2 hr of access. If I stayed 1/2 hr after checkout, you probably would you have charged me for an extra 1/2 hour? Yes or no?This is on the House owner. ONLY 6 beach chairs provided? That is UNSATISFACTORY for a house that sleeps 20 and Costs $21,093.34. By the way, the ice machine was a great add on. Have not seen it in any other property we rented.I would recommend the property to a friend but would also tell them the issues we had and to ask about them.

Overall Great, few minor things
Overall the view, property, pools/hot tub, layout of the house was fantastic. Once you have lived in the house for a couple of days you will notice that it needs some TLC. Mainly the interior walls need major painting/caulking. Lots of stains on the walls, crayon mark, and in some of the rooms it appears they painted just the lower half of the walls in the room. Upstairs carpet had what appeared to be marker stain. I read a lot of the reviews after with the same comments. Overall the house was great and I don't want to come off as complaining but the owners should really spend a little money on the interior maintenance. The only other complaint was we have rented multiple houses before and they always have a welcome book to explain the workings of the house especially the TV. Nothing, I had some people over to watch the playoffs and it took me over an hour to figure out how to get regular stations. It had YouTube TV and I'm not even sure if the log in wasn't just a previous guest account log in that was saved.

Bedrooms were spacious and the common spaces, kitchen, dining and room were large enough to accommodate our entire group. The elevator was also a plus, though it would have been even better if it went to the third floor since most bedrooms were on that level. Downsides: 1) property needs a complete overhaul of the refrigerator because despite calls to the maintenance crew, it never cooled enough to keep milk, fruit etc without them spoiling. Thank goodness there was a back up fridge in the laundry room that worked well. 2) cutlery in kitchen - 13 forks for a house that can accommodate up to 20 made no sense. Buy a complete set with dessert forks to accommodate at least 2 meals, so one can be in the dishwasher and the other in use. 3) better organization of pots, pans, bowls etc or label the cabinets so renters don’t have to play hide and seek. 4) provide dishwashing liquid and detergent. 5) Provide 4-5 dish towels. 6) buy and immediately replace the sectional. It’s a hazard with big gaps in the corners and plenty of room for those seated to fall through. Check guest log as this was already listed as a concern by others. 7) Garage and play equipment was filthy and full if dust.

Renters Beware
Things we enjoyed: 1. Great location and a great view of the ocean. 2. We liked the pool being high off of the ground. 3. The master bedroom and bath are very roomy. 4. The living room TV was large and had a good picture. 5. The laundry area was very helpful. Things that disappointed: 1. The overall maintenance of the rental is lacking. There were obvious signs of neglect everywhere. 2. The carpets were dirty looking and should have been replaced years ago. 3. There was mold and mildew in all upstairs bathrooms and one of the bedrooms had dried up snot on the walls. One of the showers didn't drain properly. 4. The pool is so close the door that you can easily slip on the edge of the pool. 5. Someone came to clean the pool on our second day but left a lot of sand in the bottom. We couldn't tell what if anything was cleaned. 6. The ground-level basement was dirty and the door to elevator was filthy. 7. The elevator smelled of mildew. 8. Two sconces in the master bedroom were broken. 9. The TV in the master bedroom did not work (tried to get the cable box working for an hour.) 10. The main fridge had an odor and didn't seal properly. Did not keep food cold enough. There's more but I'll leave it at that. The owners should take this review to heart and put some money back into the property. As it is today, it is not worth the price of the rental. I hope this review (if posted) steers potential renters away.

Overall beautiful home great location
The home was very clean and nice! Our family had a wonderful time. One major thing is how the pool is located on the deck. We had small children and older adults and walking around the pool area was not ideal. The couch in living room kept sliding apart. Other than that it was great! Beach area was very private and nice.

Great stay at the beach
loved the location; easy access to beach, good hot tub, quick response from maintenance on a few easy to fix issues. Loved the raised pool on the same level as living area. We will make recommendations for safety improvements for those like our elderly father who was 97 and needed some help getting around. I believe it says will sleep 16, but check bed arrangements, because some would not have a private room or bath.

This property is as advertised and professionally managed
What's not to like. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach next to MB Park and literally minutes from the pier/boardwalk area where there is lots to do and plenty to eat. Spacious property has enough room for everyone. We were 7 adults and 8 children. The wide open windows in the back of the house provide breathtaking views (which included almost daily dolphin sightings). The lower-level game room is dimly lit but very functional. Would also like to point out the mgt team because it's easy to manage a property when everything goes well. But the test of property management is how they respond to a concern. I emailed them upon arrival about an issue with the hot tub and a tech was onsite in about 20 minutes to remedy the issue. Really enjoyed the property and will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful View
The property was beautiful, the view in the living room was to die for, and the overall comfort was nice. We loved the place, loved the pool, and the oceanfront. We left a day early because of Hurricane Ian which was a bummer but had a great time while there.

Reviewer Comments: Home is very nice & in a quieter beach location with expansive windows for great ocean views from living room. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are some things that require some maintenance such as a big leak in the pool, and a big hole in the spa heater but didn’t really affect our time. Pool is too small for this size house and is configured too close to the door, and also has a very small walking area around the side to step down to the gate for beach access. 5 bedrooms are good sized (the master is very nice) but 6th bedroom & bathroom are rv sized. Kitchen well stocked and had what we needed for cooking. Fridge does not get cold at all,we had to use the other in laundry room. Played some pool & ping pong in the evenings but they’re in the garage & it gets pretty hot in there, also had to buy ping pong paddles as there weren’t any there. Pool table a little disappointing as it was a smaller travel type version and had to try to level it with cardboard pieces under a couple legs. Elevator was helpful getting things to 2nd floor but only goes that far, not to 3rd floor. Would be great if they could put a rug under the couch or clamp the pieces together so the corner pieces won’t always slide and cause a gap. The bugs come out at night on the pool deck,we kept the lights on to try to deter them. Overall we enjoyed Myrtle Beach but for the amount of $$$$$ we paid for 6 days & 7 nights for this property we expected better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house in the pictures looked very inviting and beautiful. The house is located in a great area. It's a short walk to the pier and the beach in front of the house is great. However, the house has been ignored in terms of maintenance. The fronts stairs are uneven and lifting in places which was very concerning for my older family members. The cabinets throughout the house are very worn and really need a face lift. There was mold in the master bathroom and stains in the carpet. The laundry room has a bunch of rusted paint cans in the cabinets. The bridge and stairs going to the beach need to be maintained. We understand the house is located at the beach and some of this is due to the moisture, however, we rented at the beginning of the season which means no repairs or maintenance were completed during the off season. When you are paying 20k a week the house should be in better shape. We would not rent this house again it's not worth the money that they are charging. We rented the Atlantis last year and will probably rent that one for next year's trip.

Property managers are great and very quick to respond. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this home because we love the location however we had the same maintenance issues. Examples were pool leaks and needs water added daily, stove burner not working, air conditioning stopped working. AC was repaired but pool and stove we were told...parts were on ordered. Overall I would stay there again!

Place is as described. Perfect place for all ages, for long walks on beach, shelling or building sand castles. Management very responsive. Only caveat is that kitchen is not well supplied with cooking utensils, and some of the utensils there are not in good condition.
