I've lived in Sacramento area since 2002. I was born on the East Coast but grew up in Hawaii. Although Hawaii is beautiful, I wanted my kids to see the world. I've called this condo home for the last 9 years and love it. When I decided to move, I couldn't give it up, but wanted others to enjoy it as much as I have.
Why they chose this property
Citrus Heights isn't quite a small town, but it has the small town feel. I like that it close to everything!
What makes this property unique
This condo is quiet. It was built as a condo, so you don't hear your neighbors. It has easy access to the freeway and even the public transportation hub. Bordering both Sacramento & Placer counties the area is quite diverse.
