Indian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney near Splendid China in the sought after Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. It`s a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything.

A childrens play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court are available for guests to use. Within 2 minutes drive you will find a 24 hour supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Disney can be reached in about 5 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 minutes drive away and Sea World can be reached in about 15 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 60 minutes away and Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive.

5 Stars for Cleanliness

The VRBO was super clean. Spacious, excellent for our family, great location, very close to the parks. Very beautifully decorated, with enough kitchenware, plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, cups, and glasses. They provided enough trashbags as well. Only thing was that the first host forgot to send us rhe paperwork but management switched us to a different host so check-in went excellent when we arrived at the house. Thank you for your excellent VRBO

As advertised

Home was as advertised. Was very clean, great pool/hot tub and good location in a nice neighborhood. Cons, the bedding on twin beds were not good, old and torn up with insides coming out. Also tried messaging management on here prior about our arrival and got ghosted plus misplaced our contract just 48 hours prior to arrival. Overall house was good. Better bedding (not torn up) and communication would of made it a 5 star.

Nice Property

This house was pretty much as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated (nice artwork!). At this time of year (last week of March) the pool was a bit cool, but that didn't stop the grandkids from enjoying it! If there was a negative it was that the queen bed was not very comfortable and the twin beds show their age too. I would still recommend the property.

Property was as advertised, clean, convenient location and equipped with everything we needed. Property managers were easy to work with and very responsive. Pool and hot tub were excellent and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Home was very clean! If you enjoy an enclosed pool this house is for you. The pool was on the smaller side but adequate. We had to call management with a couple of minor problems and they were fixed right away. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was quite and you felt safe. Would definitely stay again.

Close to Disney

Towels and linens desperately needs updating. No washcloths, I had to go buy some. The bath towels were old and thin. (Seemed like all towels and dishes had been bought at goodwill ) Other than that, the condo was laid out well, with lots of space for 4 of my adult children and me and my husband. We cooked dinner there and had all the kitchen things we needed.

Awesome stay

This property has everything needed for a perfect stay. It is clean and comfortable. Very close to the Disney parks. We loved the pool and spa. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I look forward to renting this property in the future!!

I would book this again!

While our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Ian, I was very pleased with the home. The interior was immaculate and smelled very clean. I didn’t feel like I needed to come in and re-clean like I usually do away from home. Communication with the property mgmt was great. We storm prepped before our early departure. My recommendations for improvement would be to clean the entry way of spider webs and dirt. Most importantly, please replace the vertical blinds. In 2 of the bedrooms, a single pane was missing. Each of those rooms were where my children were suppose to sleep. It was discomforting to have that exposure in a large subdivision. Both of the windows were appt 6 ft from the community sidewalk on the main street of the sub.

Great VRBO for a family!

We came from California and our daughter and her daughter from Alaska and our daughter and her boyfriend from Portland! Plenty of room and we really enjoyed the pool and the location was very close to shopping. Beds were a bit stiff, but overall wonderful experience!

Nice time

The location of the house is perfect. Pool was great . We had a couple of complications and the property management was kind of helpful but the owner had the problem look at within the hour after contacting them. The house is overall a beautiful house just some things need a little updating and fixing,if that is done , and maybe an upgrade on the property management this house would definitely be an excellent option. But i still would recommend as long as you contact the owners with any concerns it will be addressed right away .

Nice comfortable relaxing stay

We stayed as a couple, visiting from the UK and had a lovely relaxing break in a comfortable clean property. The property had everything we needed, good wi-fi, comfy bed, adequate cooking facilities and a lovely pool to cool off in. The pool area is nicely fenced off giving a secure and private yard and pool area. The booking/arrival procedure was simple and the service provided by the management company was excellent, they were not intrusive but they were there when we needed a few minor things explaining. The surrounding area is well known to us, nicely placed for Disney and Universal a simple ride up the I4. Locally there are supermarkets within easy reach, and more than enough eating places that served good food of all types. We were particularly impressed with the new development taking place a little further along the Hwy 192. Dine as you watch cinema included. Our plan is to return with our 2 grandchildren as the property is child safe particularly the pool area. Across the road there is also a small play area, for local kids. The only small Issue we had was a lack of towels for the pool area, rather than take house towels out. This did not spoil our enjoyment though.

Conveniently located

The house is easy to get to and very close to all Disney parks. It has most amenities and has plenty of space. While it wasn't the cleanest property it was convenient. Bring your own soap and toilet paper and remember to pay for the heated pool in advance of your arrival so it's ready for you.

Perfect house for our family of five with room for more if needed. Nice area and close to everything. We loved the pool area and especially the hot tub when it got a little chilly. Everything was very clean and enjoyable!

relaxing at home

We were very impressed by the house's first look. The floor plan was great for our group. We found the house to be immaculately clean. We would have like to be told of the things in the house that you provided. We needed to go out to buy laundry detergent and toilet paper. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub though it was not hot tub warm enough even after paying $25 /day. Suggestions: replace pillows have a complete set of dishes , not mish mash of stuff towels could be of better quality All in all it fit our needs for our visit to Disney (took about 15-20 from door to WDW gate) Thank you for making our visit very comfortable.

Wonderful Experience

The home was super clean and comfortable. This was a working vacation and the wi-fi worked great!! The beds were comfortable, the pool area had a table and chairs for eating/working outside and comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. The grill was really nice to use, the neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to shopping and attractions. The photographs are accurate. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I don't watch TV, but there were plenty of TVs. Great washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The con's which were very minor, were there was only one washcloth (but plenty of towels), the knives were very dull, no dish sponge or coffee filter (please at least provide 1 coffee filter). Also, the spa heater and pool had some heating issues, but once the office was properly notified, they sent someone over right away. I would highly recommend this house and would love to visit again!! Thank you for a wonderful comfortable home with good service!!

Great Family Vacation!

Nice, clean home that accommodated our family. Well equipped and easy to make our own. Had several family members join us over the 19 days that we were at the house. Luckily we had beautiful weather while we were there as well. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning a family vacation to your beautiful part of the country.
