I’m a mother of 3 young kids who has a passion for keeping myself busy! We also have a German Shepherd who keeps us on our toes. We as a family love to host family and friends all the time, so we thought why not share our beautiful home with others!
Why they chose this property
Mechanicsville is a quiet and private town with friendly faces of people who are always willing to help. Grocery stores are only 20 mins away- Walmart, Target, Harris Teeter, Giant etc.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful, modern Cape Cod style 5 bedroom , 3 bathroom house overlooking the Patuxent river with lake view from every angle of the house. This home is a waterman and entertainers dream house.
2 Queen bedrooms on the ground floor with a full bathroom. Upper level features a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom.
Lower level consists of a large TV, ping pong table, foosball table, board games, laser tag and the master King bedroom with ample space and a full bathroom. The lower level deck is equipped with a hot tub, grill, gazebo bar and plenty of seating for a lake-view dinner with the family.
The entire house is fenced providing peace of mind to let the kids and dogs roam around freely.
