Let’s start with communication! We arrived with a key code to get into the bus, it was incorrect, right away I messaged the host while my husband fiddled with the lock, 3 hours later still no message back from her. My husband managed to play with the numbers she gave us for a code and finally figured it out luckily. The stairs to get into the bus was broken and flimsy, and when I opened the door the smell of musty Oder hit my nose, good thing I bring air freshener's. We unpacked after our long drive and found the only tv was in the bedroom with barely a view. We turned it on and nothing!! No internet available to stream anything, my husband found a number to reach the host and I called, she said they can’t get WiFi to the bus and to watch tv we would have to use our hotspot if we had one, well we don’t so that was a bust. The bus is not level and you can feel every step someone makes, just not want we expected… I’m sorry to leave a bad review but if your gonna advertise something make sure it is as explained and keep better contact with your guests… booking took days to confirm, and trying to get into the place was horrible after a long road trip… oh and don’t book if you can’t climb into the bed, the flimsy stepstool isn’t built for adults….
