You can also smoke in the Hotspot in the back and the wrap-around deck that has conversation areas, lighting and a BBQ Grill. The Hotspot has 2 powder rooms so no one needs to leave the fun..

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3-floor home features broad-band WiFi, ADT / Google Home monitors, Iron, AC, washing machine, heating, and a hair dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub/shower, with hair dryers, luxury towels and linens. . Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Detroit, Highland Park and Royal

The main house is 3-bedrooms; 2.5 bathrooms with two extra powder rooms and was fully renovated for 2022! (exteriors and interiors, all new furniture, all new appliances, all new linens and new items for spaces).

There is kitchen seating for 8-10 at the table and 3 at the kitchen counter; flatware for 16 persons to have brunch and at present 12 people can be slept before we bring out the air-mattresses. We have upgraded kitchen appliances making family dinner an ease. Ninja food processors and Ninja blender, Large crockpot, Kuerig coffee maker and more. The dining room chandelier is an expanding ceiling fan; upstairs bathroom vent is a bluetooth speaker so you can sing with music in the shower... we have little touches throughout to make your stay more fun.

We have a steam-cleaning GE range with center griddle and convection oven and roaster for you master chefs. We have a full compliment of spices for your use as well

This HotSpot Garage space is a converted 2.5 car garage and has a full wet bar, built-in seating, sink, cooling fridge, remote-controlled lights/tables (they light up and change colors) Bluetooth speakers, 4K Ultra HD 65" TV, JBL Party speakers and a stage w/ a dance pole. Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette/small parties. - but we have had two films shot here, 2 cooking shows and 3 music videos.

The party/social space which we can convert for meetings or a conference setting, will seat 20-24 people and plenty of space to move the tables and dance the house down. It is fully remodeled in turquoise and purples with an epoxy floor, two code-locked entrances, HVAC, recessed lights (remote controlled), retractable ceiing fans and 2 powder rooms for your guests. Ice-makers, 65" TV, Karaoke machine with mics only add to the fun.

The rear yard is fenced with lights atop the fence posts. A fire pit, hammock and 550sf deck is in the backand wrap around the house. The house is on a double lot and is perfect for a tent to expand your party in the summer time.

There is parking on site - at the street, in the driveway (2 cars) and an additional space we created that holds 6 cars. There are bus-lines along Woodward Ave at the corner and approx 100 feet is the Northbound bus-stop with the full transit center being another 1/2 mile away; but I would recommend a car or Ride-share as downtown Detroit is about 12-15 minutes by street and downtown Royal Oak is 7-10 minutes by street (freeway is even faster). It is much more cost-effective to ride-share than to even drive your own car and park downtown. Sporting events are from $25-$60 and Uber is approximately $12.00.

We respect our guest's privacy but your host resides less than 1 minute away.

We welcome small events however, this residence is in a neighborhood so parking attendants are required if more than 25 guests are expected. We will assist you with reasonably priced security/parking support.
