Located in Bagdad, Kentucky, close to Shelbyville and centrally positioned between Louisville and Lexington. Enjoy the scenic beauty and tranquility of the countryside, with easy access to top distilleries like Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve, as well as major attractions like the Kentucky PGA events and Churchill Downs.

House Rules:
✔ No parties or events
✔ Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
✔ A $250 security deposit is required; security deposit not refunded if any house rule broken. Damaged and/or stolen property will be reported to the proper authorities
✔ Must be 25 years or older to book and person who makes reservation must be present upon check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation
✔ No "Day Guests" or "Visitors" to the property. Max occupancy at property is 8 people at all times
✔ Accurate guest count required; $150 per person/dog per night that is not accounted for in the reservation
✔ Max 2 dogs per stay
✔ No dogs on furniture
✔ Must pick up after your dog(s). Additional $150 for additional cleaning if failure to do so
✔ Check-in after 4:00 pm; early arrivals subject to availability and fees
✔ No late check-out; additional night charged for late check-out
✔ Children/pets must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES
✔ No smoking indoors; only smoke outside and clean up afterward
✔ Do not throw trash or food down sinks or in dishwasher; only toilet paper in toilets
✔ Security cameras on the exterior for guest safety; do not tamper with them
✔ Cover outdoor furniture when not in use
✔ Do not rearrange furniture inside or outside
