From the house, you have easy access to hiking trails leading to multiple waterfalls, including Upper Catawba Falls.

The lower level open floor plan continues with the spacious den and game room areas; the game room features a card table, Pac-Man arcade machine, pool table, and Foosball; the den with a 65" flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and snack bar; half bath; 2nd Master bedroom with 2 queen beds, electric fireplace and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower and soaking tub).

Please Note: While the outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and dining table can be used by guests, the outdoor kitchen is NOT permitted for guest use. There are two exterior security cameras at the property (one on the front porch and one at the backside of the house). No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community. Please keep your vehicle(s) on the driveway, or use the road below the house (Mesa Falls Dr).
