This fully remodeled Homestead condo is now available for a relaxing stay on the shores of Lake Michigan. Located on the top floor, it boasts a breathtaking view of the lake. With vaulted ceilings and two-door walls facing the lake, you can enjoy stunning sunsets from your deck or at the outdoor firepit on the beach. The property provides an ideal setting for guests in search of a peaceful getaway.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink, a separate shower area, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed featuring a lower queen and an upper twin. There is ample space for everyone to relax.
This upper-level condo features a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, updated bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Situated right on beautiful Sleeping Bear Bay, you can take advantage of the beach and other wonderful amenities in Glen Arbor. Spend your days at the beach, cycling, hiking, and gathering around a bonfire at night to toast marshmallows.
Before making your reservation, please consider the following:
- The unit is on the second floor and requires climbing 31 steps.
- An initial supply of paper towel and toilet paper is provided, but you'll need to replenish your own stock.
- Please be aware that pets are not allowed due to condo association rules.
- The indoor fireplace please make sure to open the flue damper before starting a fire and closing it when finished.
