I enjoy this neighborhood because of how quiet it is and the nature preserve behind it. And it is conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Fountain Hills and the Fountain and just 10 to 15 minutes from the Mayo Hospital and 20 minutes from Scottsdale.

This Property is unique in the that it has mountain views from every bedroom and A beautiful Poolside view of Four Peaks Mountain and McDowell Mountains.
