INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Not so great

We like staying at the Summit but this stay was not so great. They had leaks the week before so when we arrived there were industrial fans in the condo in every room. They were noisy and in the way. The fans remained in the condo all 6 nights we were there. We asked to be compensated and did receive a refund but only a small amount, not what we expected. I will stay at the Summit again but not through this company.
