You are within one mile of the Columbia City light rail station that gives you quick access to many of Seattle’s most visited sites such as Pioneer Square and the waterfront. You can easily get to sporting events and concerts as T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field and Events Center, and WaMu Theater. A few more stops will take you to the University of Washington campus and and Husky Stadium. West Seattle and Alki beach are a quick ten-minute drive.
The bustling Columbia City neighborhood is within walking distance with Thai, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Tex-Mex, American, English Pub, Hawai’ian restaurants, coffee shops, thrift stores, quirky shops, festivals, and movie theater.
Mt Baker neighborhood has its own restaurant, bar, and coffee shop with a park that leads to the spectacular Mt Baker Beach. Bikes and stand-up boards available.
You are also a short drive or walk to Lake Washington where you can bike, fish, walk, run, relax, and swim at the beach. Seward Park is home to the last remaining old growth forest in the city and has swimming areas, hikes, paved loop trail, picnic areas, firepits, playground, and nature center.
We are less than a mile away from Jefferson Park Golf Course as well!
The Marceron City Lake House is a good home base to explore the Mt Rainier or Olympic National Park; hike, ski, snowboard in Snoqualmie Pass; ferry rides to Bainbridge Island; Tacoma’s Chihuly Glass Museum, and many other areas.
There are lots of windows and natural light. Upon request we have an air mattress and pack n' play.
