Welcome to our elegant Sarajevo home where high ceilings and timeless features greet you at every turn.
It features three bedrooms, two spacious ones and a smaller one, living room with an authentic Austro-Hungarian settee and a heritage dining set, an equipped kitchen, dining room, a freshly renovated bathroom and a separate toilet.

Our building is situated across the street from both SCC and Alta, 150m away each, and offers a wealth of shopping and leisure opportunities.
The National Museum is just a few minutes walk from our doorstep where you can learn about the rich cultural heritage of our city. For leisurely strolls and scenic views, the popular city's promenade alongside the river is a mere 5-minute walk away. Or you may want to enjoy sunset on the Trebevic mountain, 15mins drive straight up across the river.
At the heart of our building, also known as Maria's Palace, lies a private park exclusive to its residents and our guests.
PARKING
There are lots of public parking spots on all sides of the building, however depending on availability. An hour costs only 1BAM or 0.5€, from 8pm to 7am it is free of charge. You also have the option to park your car in the secured underground parking at SCC. Daily parking cards cost 15€, while weekly ones are available for 40€. The hourly rate is 2BAM/h from 8 am to 10 pm, and 1BAM/h outside those hours.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Both tram and bus stations, are 100m away which enables you to reach the Old Town of the city in about five minutes, and for less than 1€.
FOOD
You will be truly spoiled for choice with culinary delights right at your doorstep! From the city's popular buregdzinica Ziga, serving traditional Bosnian pies right across the building's entrance, to bakeries and daily homemade dishes just around the corner, 60 meters to the right, there's something to satisfy every craving. A mouthwatering Italian pizzeria is merely 50 meters to the left and the Sarajevan's most popular gastro market Crvena Jabuka is 5 minutes down the street.
