About this property
Private Modern Cabin alongside Relaxing Creek
This newly built cabin is your next favorite place to stay in Western North Carolina!
We built this cabin at the base of our 25 acre homestead to share our slice of heaven. Set beside the stunning Clear Creek, the sounds of the water create the most peaceful setting to stay put and relax, or as a quiet home base to return to after you explore all the area has to offer. Bring your mountain bike and your hiking shoes, there's so much to see.
✨️ Highlights:
🌿 Two queen beds with luxury bedding
🌿Full bathroom with tub
🌿Fully stocked kitchen
🌿Propane grill
🌿Full laundry
🌿Wifi (satellite based, usually works well but may not work in inclement weather. It's function is not guaranteed.)
🌿Good cell service with ATT, others may vary.
🌿Hottub *should* be installed July 24th🤞
🏕Go explore:
📍 10 mins to Marion. (grocery, restaurants, fishing, hospital)
📍15 mins to Old Fort (breweries, winery, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, waterfalls)
📍25 mins to Black Mountain (lots of restaurants and shopping)
📍42 mins to Asheville (even more restaurants and shopping, Biltmore)
📍1 hour radius. Endless mountain biking, hiking, and waterfalls.
By design, this house is very much IN nature and thus there are the risks that come with such a setting, including but not limited to water hazards, steep banks, and wildlife.
The home has a loft with ladder access, that is not suitable for young children or those not physically fit to safely use a ladder. By booking you are assuming these risks. Other than that we look forward to having you and hope you enjoy your stay!

About the host
Hosted by Ryan Pepper
My wife and I are happy to share our 25 homestead with you! We live on property but are well out of sight your cabin. Together we have a son and daughter and too many animals. Katrina works in healthcare, I am a jack of all trades and watch the kiddos. We enjoy mountain biking, dirt bikes and hiking. I built the cabin myself and I truly hope you enjoy your stay. Any questions before or during your stay please ask!
Why they chose this property
Quiet and private, set near the end of a dead end road.
What makes this property unique
The design is comfortable, relaxing and very usable for being a tiny space. The first thing you'll hear when you get out of you car is the rumbling of the creek, its truly a peaceful place.
