The Signature at MGM Grand is proud to offer state-of-the-art fitness centers. You'll find fitness centers located on the lobby level of tower 1 and 3.

Hotel self-parking is not available. Complementary valet service and paid casino self-parking are available for hotel guests. The adjoining one studio and one bedroom suites have a total of 1,394 square feet. Each suite has spacious living room with one sofa bed in the studio, two separate bedrooms with two king size beds and one queen size bed in the open suite with a separate full bathroom to accommodate up to eight guests. Two suites have three full bathrooms, one kitchenette, one full kitchen and one private balcony.

It also comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The primary bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub.

This is a private unit. The hotel and Host do not charge resort fee. MGM Signature Hotel requires that the check-in guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a valid government ID, credit/debit card which matches the name on their ID and $100 per night up to $300 per stay refundable security deposit. The Host is not responsible for MGM Signature Hotel security deposits.
