This 1973-built home luckily landed in our hands, and now, into yours. With it's lovely sunken living room complimented by a brick fireplace, to the forest resting on our home's back, there is a gorgeous view from the screened porch or sunny wooden deck. Whatever the appeal may be for you, we hope it gives you the escape you desire. This home is spacious and unique, just minutes away from many attractions in Charlotte.
