This spacious, downstairs, furnished two bedrooms, one bath apartment comes with a Queen bed, 2 Twin Beds plus a single futon sofa sleeper in the living room. It is great for family and friends, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Includes WiFi, Cable TV, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and on-site laundry facility. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)

PARKING: ONLY ONE Standard Size Parking Space available in private lot! Assigned parking is provided to each guest. If you need another parking space, there is street parking adjacent to the building.

Guest access:
I do not pass around keys for your safety. Once you provide me with an email address, I will send you an email from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.

Other details:
*Please note the pet fee is $150 and the Cleaning fee is $155.
*I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps...etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)
*Read ALL House Rules, Confirmation email, and eRentalLock email. All messages will have all the information you need.

Interaction with Guests:
I like to give guests' privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email and Itinerary.
