Open and airy with beautiful mountain views, Tree Top Too is the perfect place for your relaxing trip to the Asheville area. Settled up on Rainbow Ridge in Montreat, this home has plenty of space on the double decks for taking in the views. Enjoy the view of the Seven Sisters range from the hot tub. While it's comfortably furnished with many unique antique pieces, there are modern comforts that include wifi, cable TV, and central air and heat. Take a pleasant walk down to the trails along Flat Creek and then on to Lake Susan. Living room and dining area opening to a large deck, kitchen, full hall bath (tub/shower combo), and bedroom with queen bed. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full hall bath (walk-in shower). An open den with TV, kitchenette, nook with two twin beds, and a full hall bath. Steep yet paved shared driveway. Two cars can park by the entry door, and there is a gravel parking pad off Maryland Place for one additional car. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for your convenience.

Second Floor- Bedroom with Queen, bedroom with Queen, full hall bath.
Basement- Kitchenette, sleeping nook with Twins, den, deck access, full hall bath, laundry room.

During the summer Montreat Conference Season - typically June through August - the home rents weekly and the linens will be delivered to the home in gray laundry bags. Mid-August through May the home has a minimum 3-night stay and a minimum 4 nights for holidays, the beds will be made for your convenience. Due to owner allergies, this home is not pet-friendly.
