Amazing Stay

Went down to the Clearwater area for a bachelorette trip with eight of us and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Host was friendly and super responsive. The house was immaculate, the aesthetic even more awesome in person than the pictures can say. With that said we still had a cozy time kicked back, played loads of games, and maximized on the pool area for a super chill hangout spot. Scored major bonus points with the friends for finding such a sweet spot - If I could give more stars to this property I totally would, worth every dime.

Place looked just like the pics.

Beautiful house, furnishings and decor. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and the outdoor/play area was perfect for our kids. Definitely recommend

beautiful home

we loved the house it was beautiful. very cozy house. it is close to the beaches but unfortunately we came right after the hurricane so we couldn't go to them. we enjoyed bush gardens had a fun day. there.

Safe neighborhood, good space

Positive points:- Safe area- Close to beaches- Good spaces- Nice covered porch- Golf area is funPoints for improvement:- Master bathroom shower had plumbing issues (couldn't use it for half the stay)- Pool is only heated sometimes (too cold to use), and water was green for part of the stay- Kitchen supplies/utensils very limited- BBQ gas ran out and we were notified it was our responsibility to replenish/exchange the tank (at our expense)

Fabulous Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved this house! Our family of 9 - from Chicago, NYC, Rome Italy and Sarasota - had a wonderful time together. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The amenities were perfect for our mixed age group, including 3 teenagers, and the well-furnished indoor game room was an enormous hit as was the beautiful screened lanai with heated pool, grill, putting green and additional games. The spacious and beautifully furnished living room with large screen TV was perfect for our movie watching and the large kitchen/dining room area and bedrooms (each with large TVs) allowed us to comfortably be together or each enjoy our own space. The location was perfect with shopping and beaches nearby and the neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. We would definitely come back to this house! Thank you, Tommy, for being such an excellent, accommodating and responsive host.

Best vacation house!!!

I loved how this house turn out. The place is just like in the pictures but even better in person. Inside the house is so brandnew. Everything is so beautiful and clean. We all love the marble floor and modern furnitures. Private pool with screens all around makes swimming at night more enjoyable withouts bugs. There are pool tables, air hockeys, golfs, and other kids gadget, plenty to enjoy. The house is only 9min drive to the beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you Tommy for such a great place.
