Breathtaking Oceanfront views from Xanadu III unit 705. This four bedroom / three bathroom condo is located in the desired Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach and offers guests a beautiful oceanfront view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Xanadu III features a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and is walking distance to Main Street where you can shag the night away, take a whirl on one of the carnival rides (open the beginning of June through Labor Day), or grab a bite to eat at one of areas best local restaurants.

This oceanfront condo offers a bright and airy Master Bedroom with a King size bed, a small private balcony with ocean views, and a private restroom with a garden bathtub and separate shower. The second Master suite also offers a King size bed and private restroom. There are two other guest rooms one offering a Queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The guestroom with the queen size bed has direct access to the hallway restroom. There is a TV in every bedroom!

Come in from the beach and throw your beach towels in the washer & dryer. Also for your convenience we have wireless internet ! Xanadu III-705 has a fully equipped kitchen with oceanfront views, perfect for preparing your beach snacks or gourmet meals. We have a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and access to the oceanfront balcony.

This unit is non-smoking.
Smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
Motorcycle friendly-all motorcycles and trailers must be parked across the boulevard in the overflow parking.
The overflow parking is not paved!
Unfortunately Pets are not allowed at Xanadu III.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.


Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
