The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, complete with a king-sized bed, sofa, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other features of the condo include central air conditioning, WiFi, and a washer/dryer. The condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens, and towels. It can accommodate up to 5 guests and requires a 31-night minimum stay. No smoking, no pets allowed.

Guests can enjoy community amenities including a pool, spa, clubhouse, and BBQ/grill area. While there is no garage access, convenient parking is available in front of the garage. Located near Interstate 15, this condo is close to attractions like Old Poway Park & Railroad, Maderas Golf Club, and Bernardo Winery. PLEASE NOTE:
1. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 21 years old.
2. Guests must provide proof of ID. If someone else books the home on behalf of another group or individual, the person who made the booking will also need to submit proof of ID.
3. Reservations will be required to sign a Lease Agreement. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation.
4. Payment of the refundable security deposit must be made prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. The cancellation policy written in the listing determines the applicable refund based on the cancellation timeframe.
