My husband Raoul grew up on the island of Aruba, this is his childhood home that he shared with parents and 2 younger brothers. We are looking to forward to sharing our home and island of Aruba with our guests.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is located just behind the high hotels, including the Ritz Carlton and Marriot, you are close to grocery store, restaurants, several beaches including palm beach and the fisherman huts for kitesurfing or windsurfing. Go for a swim or snorkel at Boca Catalina or Arashi, and enjoy views from the California lighthouse on the far north end of the island.
What makes this property unique
The property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, secure location, walking distance to beach and grocery, residential neighborhood. Great alternative to traditional hotels if looking to stay with family or extend your stay as a snowbird or midterm rental 2-3 months at an affordable price.
