Nestled right on the shores of Lake Douglas and just 20 minutes from the excitement of Dollywood, this camper offers cozy accommodations perfect for a relaxing getaway. With two delightful bedrooms—one featuring a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—it's ideal for families or small groups. Enjoy the serene views of the lake from your private shaded deck, or take advantage of the full access to our private two-story dock, shared only with the owner, which has space to park your boat. This peaceful retreat accommodates a minimum of 4 people, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. While parties are not allowed, relaxation, fishing and enjoyment of the stunning views are definitely required!
We don't have internet but cellular service is very strong.

This is a reservoir. In the summer the lake is high and in the fall and winter it is drained.

ALL TRASH MUST GO INTO BAGS, no lose trash in the can. I have to hand carry the bags to the transit station, we do not have trash pickup.

NO Grilling. In the state of TN the grill must be 30 ft away from the property. We do not have level property to have a safe grill on the property.

No food scraps on the ground. This includes fruit, vegetable, coffee grounds, etc. We don't want to attract past.
