Two large living room areas, the main one being complete with a smart tv for your streaming needs and a dining room area, vaulted ceilings and spacious kitchen. Down the hall there is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom with shower, and walk in closet. Next to the master bedroom is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bathroom the next door over. Downstairs has another living area, screened in porch, full bathroom and large bedroom with two queen sized beds. The screened in porch leads you right out to the yard where you can walk down to the dock.

The Property has a security camera placed facing the driveway and garage of the house. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves along with private dock and lake access.

*Dogs allowed- $100 non-refundable deposit for each dog (Any damages that may occur will have additional costs for repairs or replacement). The dog feces must be picked up from the yard but can be disposed of in the woods. Please have your fur-babies stay off the furniture, we know they're family but we want to make sure we are being conscious of our next guests who may be allergic.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and the names of all guests on the check-in form are required. A $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card and released 7 to 10 days after checkout, pending verification by our cleaners that no damage or breach of the rental agreement occurred.
