Great place close to Chase

Overall very clean cute place. We loved the court yard in the middle of the property. Very clean and peaceful.

I took time make your stay clean, comfortable and just the way I would expect to receive for being a STR customer. I’m an optimist with a positive, “don’t despair” attitude in life; believe in the saying that fortune favors the bold.

I’m hosting a new build, 9” ceiling, fresh paint, clean, modern design . An Ideal option to share with, yet with full privacy, with a separate bathroom and bedroom. Large 65” TV, wfh desk, and benches.

Located approximately a mile from downtown, and a walking distance to the Roosevelt Row Arts District [ Roosevelt and 7th Ave]. Our home is also within a minute drive to the highway entrance and hub Loop 202 and I -10.
