Newly Remodeled House in Phoenix with a Heated Pool and Spa

NEWLY remodeled Home in Ahwatukee Foothills of Phoenix with a HEATED pool and spa! The House has 4 remodeled bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Close to Suns arena, Phoenix airport, Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Tempe Marketplace, Fashion Square, Scottsdale, Chandler Fashion Center, Old Town Scottsdale, Top Golf, Hiking Trails, shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee bar, 2 Large 65" Smart TV with High Speed Internet and WI-FI. Enjoy the large heated pool and spa in the Phoenix heat! Full Toiletries are Supplied!
The price for heating the pool is $150 per day and the price to heat the hot tub is $30 per day. Guest will have to notify AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE THE STAY to arrange for the pool to be heated

Guest will have to buy a propane bottle for the grill, which can be purchased for $2-$5 at Home Depot or Walmart. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES!! NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC AFTER 10 PM!!

It was OK

The trip started off wrong when the lock code was sent to us in an alpha numeric when we got to the property the keypad was all numerical. We tried to contact the host. He did not answer. We called VRBO direct they could not contact him. We finally found him on Google called his office in the ANSWER a fun. Sidenote we found a bullet in the bedroom. The house was OK, but it was missing basic amenities like chairs outside to sit outside or directions to how to use the Wi-Fi or directions how to check out all in all it was.Ok. The pool was not very nice and hot tub was not very nice and the thought of paying 150 a day to keep that hot is not worth it.
