SECOND FLOOR
• 1 Master suite with a king bed, 55” Hisense Google TV, dual sinks, spacious shower, and walk in closet;
• 1 Queen Bedroom with 55” Hisense Google TV;
• 1 Bedroom with a 55” Hisense Google TV and a Bunk Bed configured with two full size mattress;
• Bathroom;
• Landroom with washer and dryer.
Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
- Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
- Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING
The house can accommodate up to two cars: one in the garage and one in the driveway.
No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property.
No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
All amenities are open to the guests.
The pool area, which includes a splash pad, an 18-hole mini-golf course, and a volleyball court, is open from dawn to dusk.
There's a card to access the clubhouse and pools in an acrylic box next to the property main door. Please remember to return the card to the box after use. Failure to return the card will result in an additional charge of $50.
TRASH
Recycling collection occurs on Monday, and trash collection is on Friday.
The recycling bin can be placed on the street Sunday evening after 6 PM and must be returned to the garage by Monday at 6 PM.
Trash can be placed outside on Thursday after 6 PM and must be returned to the garage by Friday at 6 PM.
Bins must not be visible outside on non-collection days; they should be stored in the garage to avoid HOA violations.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect “quiet time” between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
